Design
My approach to design is to keep things simple. I like a strait forward floor plans that is functional, maximizes usable space, and allows for easy flow between spaces. The neighborhood and your preference will inform where the project's aesthetics falls in on the traditional to modern spectrum. And each project will emphasize natural light, simple forms and materials, and the careful siting of each building to take advantage of private and shared outdoor space.
